Théologienne et journaliste, Johanna Haberer a occupé le poste de professeure de religion et médias à l’université Friedrich-Alexander d’Erlangen jusqu’en septembre 2022. Elle fut responsable des affaires audiovisuelles pour le Conseil de l’Église Protestante d’Allemagne. En tant qu’éditrice, elle a supervisé la publication de nombreux ouvrages sur des questions éthiques liées aux médias du point de vue théologique. Johanna Haberer est membre du Conseil d’éthique du gouvernement bavarois, du Conseil pour l’audiovisuel de la Centrale bavaroise pour les nouveaux médias, et coéditrice de plusieurs magazines grand public. Elle collabore aussi à l’hebdomadaire allemand « DIE ZEIT » et fait partie de divers jurys dans le domaine des médias. Depuis 2009, elle dirige avec succès la filière Master « Médias-Ethique- Religion ».

Theologian and journalist Johanna Haberer was Professor of Religion and Media at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen until September 2022. She was also responsible for audiovisual affairs for the Council of the Protestant Church in Germany. As an editor, she has supervised the publication of numerous works on ethical issues relating to the media from a theological perspective. Johanna Haberer is a member of the Bavarian Government’s Council of Ethics, the Broadcasting Council of the Bavarian New Media Centre, and co-editor of several consumer magazines. She is also a contributor to the German weekly "DIE ZEIT" and sits on various media juries. Since 2009, she has been the successful head of the "Media- Ethics-Religion" Masters course.
